Reservation and Cancellation Policies

We understand that travel plans may change. Please review our cancellation policy below:
14 days or more prior to check-in
Cancellations made at least 14 days before your scheduled arrival will receive a full refund, minus a $15.00 cancellation fee.
13 days to 48 hours prior to check-in
Cancellations made between 13 days and 48 hours before your arrival will be refunded, minus a $35.00 cancellation fee.
Less than 48 hours prior to check-in
Cancellations made less than 48 hours before arrival, or no-shows, are non-refundable.
We appreciate your understanding as we strive to offer fair and consistent policies for all guests.
Monthly and Seasonal Reservations
30+ days prior to check-in: 100% refund of the amount paid minus fee.
7 to 14 days before check-in: 50% refund of the amount paid.
Less than 7 days before check-in: No refund will be issued.
A $100.00 minimum cancellation fee applies to all monthly or seasonal cancellations.
Motel Room Policies
Cleaning and Damage Policy
Guests are responsible for any excessive cleaning or damage beyond normal use. Additional charges will be assessed after check-out if necessary.
Pet Policy
A $15 per day, per pet fee applies to all pets staying in motel rooms. Guests must notify staff at the time of reservation or check-in if they plan to bring pets. Failure to disclose pets will result in a $50 per day charge, applied after check-out. Please refer to our full Pet Policy for additional guidelines.
Smoking Policy
Smoking and vaping are strictly prohibited inside all motel rooms. A $125 cleaning fee will be charged for any violation of this policy.
Liability
Trails Inn Quadna Mountain LLC. is not liable for unmet rental obligations due to natural disasters or causes beyond their control.
